At DRINK GHOST, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
